As of today (1-17-2023) the latest version of Mac OS (Ventura 13.1) has partially broken the Xerox print driver making it so you can not see the account code entry for domain printers. Here is what it looks like this after pressing print:
The solution to this issue is to press "tab" and enter your account code then press "return". There will be no input that you can see so press enter and hope for the best. Hopefully Xerox comes out with a driver revision or an update to Mac OS will fix the issue.
