You can now self-report spam directly within the Outlook application. In the top-right corner of the toolbar, you’ll see a new button that allows you to report messages as Junk, Phishing, or Not Junk (if something was mistakenly flagged). See the image below for reference:




 

You no longer need to forward suspicious messages to the Division of IT. If you’re using Outlook on the web, use the Junk dropdown at the top of the screen to access the same reporting options.

Important: Only report emails that did not go to your Junk Mail folder automatically.
