I can't map my drives from home.
Confirm the drive is correct by using this link : https://www.engr.colostate.edu/ets/mapping-drives
Connecting from home you will still have to use Pulse Secure make sure that is connected as well.
My password and username are correct but it still doesn't let me connect.
You may need to give the connection the specific domain, this can be done using ENGR_DOM\engr_username or engr.colostate.edu\engr_username for the username.
