Note: Adobe Acrobat Pro is only provided for Engineering Faculty and Staff (Adobe Reader can be used by anyone, if you need it installed see the next paragraph for the Software Installation form). Personal computers: You can Sign in, download and install yourself via Adobe.com


Part 1 is if you have Adobe Pro only. Part 2 is if you purchased the Creative Cloud suite from RAMTech. 

(Yes it is weird and correct that part 1 makes you use the RAMTech logon but part 2 does not even though that's where it comes from)


Part 1 - Signing in to Adobe Pro

Please follow these steps exactly even if you have done something similar before

  1. Close all Adobe products/web-pages.
  2. Open the Adobe Acrobat desktop app 
  3. From the App Sign out from the upper right corner by clicking on the icon highlighted similar to the image below. Make sure to sign out on any/all devices that you have Acrobat on.

  1. This should take you to a login page where you will enter just [colostate.edu] with nothing in front of that. This will take you to your NetID login where you login normally.
  2. After you login with NetID it will direct you to one of two possible pages Reference images below
    1. if you get the Select an Account Page, click on Company or School Account
    2. Once on the Adobe Profile page Click Colorado State University/ RAMTECH (highlighted below)  NOT the Colorado State University option.



Part 2 - Signing in to the Adobe Creative Cloud suite

Please follow these steps exactly even if you have done something similar before

  1. Close all Adobe products/web-pages.
  2. Open the Creative Cloud desktop app 
  3. From the App Sign out from the upper right corner by clicking on the icon highlighted similar to the image below. Make sure to sign out on any/all devices that you have Creative Cloud on.
